1.       Technology has advanced the industry by leaps and bounds. By implementing a leading edge system, we are able to be a more efficient and effective company today than in years past. Everyone on our team has direct access to our database at all times which allows us to communicate directly and clearly. We are able to best prepare our maintenance technicians for service calls by use of visuals and in-depth descriptions of the issue at hand, allowing our technicians to be ready to resolve any issues in the mostly timely and efficient manner possible, in turn reducing your costs.

2.       We never charge a fee on top of 3rd party contractors and we never accept kickbacks. At times, there are repairs necessary that require a specialized professional. In these cases, we will coordinate 3rd party vendors as necessary and their invoices will be available for your review at any time. We will make every effort to minimize the hours our maintenance team is needed and also to minimize the efforts needed by a 3rd party vendor. We find that by responding to a call and appropriately diagnosing a problem when a specialized professional is needed, we minimize the hours a vendor would need to be on site charging their typically higher rates.

3.       We offer one flat hourly rate for general and emergency maintenance 24 - 7 - 365. Days, nights, weekends, holidays. One flat rate, all of the time. We believe this is the best way owners can effectively care for their property and ensure residents will ‘Love Where They Live.’
